Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the storage and distribution of products in our warehouse. This position requires excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and accurately to ensure products are properly handled and stored. As Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to maintain a safe working environment while meeting all inventory goals. This role offers a competitive salary of 1300 with potential for growth with the company.
Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize warehouse processes. You will also be tasked with overseeing staff performance, supervising inventory management systems and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. Specific responsibilities include:
• Planning, co-ordinating, controlling and monitoring storage activities;
• Developing new methods of optimizing warehouse operations;
• Training staff on safe handling techniques and operations;
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory data;
• Establishing quality control measures;
• Analyzing stock movement data to identify areas for improvement;
• Maintaining health & safety standards in line with legal requirements;
• Liaising with customers when required to ensure efficient delivery of products;
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, good communication skills and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment. We require candidates to have a high school diploma or equivalent along with experience working in warehouse management or related roles. Knowledge of inventory systems is also desired but not required. Additionally, we welcome foreign applicants who are eligible to work in Al-Kuwait
