HR manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This role requires extensive knowledge of HR management practices and principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters to ensure the effective development of our personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a similar role. We are also open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

The successful applicant will be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures, recruitment, training & development, performance management, employee relations and benefits administration. Additionally, you'll need to have excellent communication skills and an ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
