Job Title: Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in the electrical field. We are willing to consider immigrant applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Install, inspect and repair electrical systems and components such as motors, transformers, generators, lights and wiring.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Read blueprints or technical diagrams to determine the layout of systems and identify required materials for installation or repair.
• Inspect electrical systems for safety issues and compliance with codes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Provide advice on the selection of equipment based on specifications provided by clients.
• Provide assistance in the design of electrical systems for new construction projects.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Certifications in electrical engineering or related fields desirable but not necessary.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
• Knowledge of safety protocols when working with electricity essential.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), climb ladders, squat/kneel/crouch as necessary, stand for long periods of time and work with tools safely to complete tasks efficiently without injury or injury to others nearby.
