Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality meals in accordance with our recipes and standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent cooking skills, a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. This position is open to immigrants as well as locals.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar environment
• Ability to read and understand recipes accurately
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while still maintaining quality standards
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal

Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to recipes provided by the restaurant team each day • Ensure that all dishes are cooked properly, with high-quality ingredients, and presented attractively • Monitor stock levels of ingredients needed for meal preparation • Maintain kitchen equipment in good condition • Ensure that the kitchen is kept clean at all times in accordance with health regulations
