Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must be capable of providing high-quality instruction in their area of expertise. They must have a commitment to excellence and possess the ability to promote a positive learning environment. This role comes with a salary of 1000 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare lessons plans and instruct students in their chosen subject area while following all curricular guidelines.
• Assess students’ progress by using standardized tests, quizzes, and other appropriate forms of evaluation.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students on their development as learners.
• Design classroom activities to stimulate student interest and maximize learning opportunities.
• Implement school policies in the classroom setting.
• Develop relationships with students, parents, administrators, and other staff members.
• Attend professional development events as required by the school administration.
• Support extracurricular activities as appropriate within the scope of the position.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education or relevant field from an accredited university or college program is required; Master’s Degree preferred but not essential.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated teaching experience at an accredited organization; experience with international schools preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse cultures
• Ability to maintain strong discipline in the classroom setting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
