Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, arranging, and selling flowers, as well as providing customer service. As part of their role, they will also be required to deliver orders and maintain flower displays. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A salary of 1600 is offered for this position. We are also willing to consider an immigrant. No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:
The primary duties of the Florist will include creating floral arrangements from fresh flowers; purchasing flowers from suppliers; advising customers on floral selection; delivering orders; maintaining flower displays; stocking shelves; attending to customers’ needs; and providing customer service. Additional duties may include demonstrating the use of various floral products such as cutters or preservatives, keeping records of sales activity, ordering stock from suppliers, pricing items accurately, ensuring safety standards are met, cleaning work areas regularly and ensuring display areas remain neat and tidy at all times.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in flowers. They must also possess strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is a must along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask when necessary. Knowledge of flower care techniques is preferred but not essential as training can be provided on the job. Previous experience in a florist or retail setting is an advantage but not necessary for consideration for this position.
