Instrument Technician job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of industrial instrumentation and control systems. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, adjust, repair and/or replace instrumentation systems such as gauges, sensors, transducers and other devices
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Troubleshoot problems with instrumentation systems
• Test equipment for proper functioning
• Calibrate instruments or systems according to manufacturer's specifications
• Perform preventive maintenance on instruments or systems
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations when working with hazardous materials or equipment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but not required
• 2 – 3 years of experience with the installation, repair and maintenance of industrial instrumentation is required.
• Experience with PLC programming is desirable.
• Knowledgeable in electrical wiring/circuit diagrams.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month plus benefits package commensurate with the position. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
