Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be passionate about coffee, have a great customer service attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, making sure all customer orders are accurate and timely. Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot beverages such as coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, etc. according to customer orders
• Receive payments from customers in cash or credit card form
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, stirrers, syrups, etc. regularly
• Maintain cleanliness of the café by wiping counters and surfaces throughout the day
• Ensure proper operation of café equipment by closely monitoring its performance and reporting any issues promptly to the supervisor

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience working as a barista in a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
• Ability to work with little supervision while following company policies
• Outstanding communication skills with customers
