Job Title: Barista

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and the ability to prepare a wide variety of coffee beverages with speed and accuracy. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and take their orders, answer any questions they may have about the menu, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Prepare coffee drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, etc. according to specific recipes.
• Follow sanitation guidelines when preparing beverages and other food items.
• Ensure that the work area is clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain inventory of coffee beans and other supplies needed for making espresso drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and attentive to customer needs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when needed.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of coffee beverages, brewing techniques and types of espresso machines is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in order taking and preparation of beverages.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed based on business demands.
