Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month and is open to immigrants.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in geospatial surveying, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, construction stake-out services and GPS control surveys. He/she should also have knowledge of the latest surveying techniques and technologies.

Responsibilities include:
• Collecting data on the ground through measurements and observations.
• Conducting field measurements using sophisticated equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, laser scanners, etc.
• Drafting survey plans in CAD software for various projects.
• Analyzing survey data and preparing reports for clients.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget by following safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Working with construction teams on site layout plans and establishing survey control points for construction projects.
• Attending meetings with clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Ensuring accuracy of all survey results by performing calculations when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or relevant field from an accredited institution; advanced degree is preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor or similar role; prior experience with international projects is an advantage
• Proven knowledge of surveying techniques and technologies including GPS positioning systems, total stations, etc.
• Excellent mathematical skills along with attention to detail
• Proficient in CAD software; experience with GIS software is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong communication skills are essential
