We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving top-line revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of successful sales management experience, and a deep understanding of the local market. A valid work permit is required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Build strong customer relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business
- Identify emerging markets and develop strategies to explore new opportunities
- Analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor performance metrics, adjust tactics accordingly, and provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer needs in order to make informed decisions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of sales management experience in the local market (preferably in Khawr Fakkan)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding monthly goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1400 AED per month
