Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are offering a competitive salary of 1600 for this position.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in supervising teams, strong leadership abilities as well as excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. He/she should be able to lead by example and have a deep understanding of the company’s core values. Additionally, the ability to build relationships and motivate employees is essential for this role.

The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their tasks in line with company standards, monitoring their progress and providing feedback when necessary. He/she will also be responsible for developing strategies for team improvement, resolving conflicts between employees and managing complex tasks. The successful candidate must also have a strong sense of responsibility towards meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
