Barista Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED and we are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

Needs for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service. They should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and be passionate about coffee.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee drinks according to customer specifications
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures in accordance with company policies
- Keep track of stock levels and inform manager of any shortages
- Assist in other duties as needed

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience working as a barista is a plus but not required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Must have basic knowledge of brewing techniques
