Electrician vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners


Job Title: Electrician
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1000 AED
Job Type: Full-Time

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or installation.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to use standard tools and equipment related to the electrician trade.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift 50lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to travel if required.

Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, repair, test, adjust, and troubleshoot electrical systems including wiring systems, lighting fixtures, motors, circuit breakers and other components as necessary.
• Diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems or lighting fixtures by using test equipment such as voltmeters or ohmmeters.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems including replacing parts such as switches, fuses and circuits breakers when necessary.
• Follow safety procedures when working with electricity or hazardous materials such as high voltage circuits or corrosive chemicals while carrying out assigned tasks. • Work closely with supervisors or project managers on any new installations or repairs that require additional resources or expertise.
