Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Provide administrative support to the office staff
β’ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
β’ Adhere to company policies and procedures
β’ Ensure employees follow corporate guidelines
β’ Supervise and provide guidance to office staff members
β’ Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are met
β’ Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
β’ Manage filing systems, both paper and electronic records
β’ Ensure effective communication between departments
Job Qualifications:
β’ Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Manager or similar position
β’ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively β’ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
