Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office, supervising staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the office staff
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ensure employees follow corporate guidelines
• Supervise and provide guidance to office staff members
• Monitor workflow and ensure deadlines are met
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Manage filing systems, both paper and electronic records
• Ensure effective communication between departments
Job Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Manager or similar position
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
