Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1000 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and be able to effectively manage all aspects of the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

The primary responsibilities of the HR Manager will include developing and executing talent management strategies; recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees; managing employee relations; developing policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with labor laws; collecting data for analysis; implementing performance management systems; and presenting reports to upper management.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Management in a related field. Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written/verbal communication skills, and experience with HRIS are essential. We are also ready to consider immigrants for this role.
