Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1000 AED/Month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our organization. This role involves managing all security personnel, coordinating with law enforcement, and developing comprehensive security plans.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies to ensure the safety of employees, customers and visitors.
• Supervise security personnel and coordinate with law enforcement on any potential threats or incidents.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms or other incidents.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on incidents, investigations, suspicious activities, etc.
• Create emergency response plans in the event of a security breach.
• Investigate potential breaches of security protocol and take corrective action as necessary.
• Oversee the installation of new security equipment or systems as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment or military background is a plus. • Knowledge of UAE laws regarding property protection and personal safety is essential. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure during difficult situations. • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in reports and documentation. • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment . • Fluency in spoken & written English is mandatory; Arabic proficiency is preferred but not required .
