Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1800 AED/monthly

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and making appropriate employment offers.

The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining all recruitment records, managing the recruitment database, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of recruitment principles, best practices, and modern hiring processes.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE. We are open to consider an immigrant for this position. Preference will be given to those with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
