Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in recruiting or related field; knowledge of recruitment processes such as interviewing techniques, resume screening; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently; strong organizational skills; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred but not required.
