Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize company profits. As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with both domestic and international clients. You will need to be able to identify market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed established targets
• Create strategies for increasing customer base through new product offerings, promotional campaigns, and other sales activities
• Monitor sales performance metrics (e.g., revenue, profitability) on a regular basis
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team throughout the sales process
• Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers for product procurement
• Negotiate pricing contracts with clients
• Monitor trends in the industry to determine potential new business opportunities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager preferred
