Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department. They will ensure that all rooms are cleaned thoroughly and to the highest standard while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. This role also requires excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff members alike.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise housekeeping staff according to company policies and procedures
• Monitor the cleanliness of all guest rooms and common areas
• Inspect assigned areas for any damages or hazards
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints
• Ensure compliance with health regulations related to housekeeping services
• Develop strategies for efficient use of resources such as energy, water, cleaning supplies, etc.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a housekeeping manager or similar role in hospitality industry
• Knowledge of applicable health regulations related to housekeeping services
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
