CNC Operator Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to create high-quality parts and components. You must have a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to follow instructions precisely. The successful candidate will be highly organized and have the necessary technical skills to perform this job effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC equipment such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, laser cutting machines, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of parts produced by verifying dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools
• Load raw materials into machines by following instructions provided
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery or tools in order to minimize downtime
• Keep a record of all production data and complete paperwork accurately
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery in order to keep it in good working condition

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software preferred but not required
• Good understanding of mathematics (geometry and trigonometry)
• Attention to detail with excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams accurately

Salary: 1200 AED per month
