Al-Kuwait is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with a focus on customer service and building effective teams. We are offering a salary of 1100 and we are open to considering candidates from outside of Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our employees while ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Supervisor will be expected to foster positive relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders at all times.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to excellence. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
