We are looking for a professional Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 for this role. We welcome applications from candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing our hotel staff, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and that all employees are delivering quality service to guests. They should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to handle customer complaints effectively. They will be responsible for controlling budgets, scheduling shifts, training staff, monitoring performance, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met. The successful candidate should also have experience in marketing and promoting the hotel’s services to generate revenue.
