We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with tourists and arranging tours and other travel services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to clients who are planning trips, booking transportation, making accommodation reservations, and organizing other travel arrangements. They must have a good understanding of the different cultural norms and practices of the destinations they are arranging trips to, as well as a general knowledge of local attractions and activities that may appeal to tourists.

The Travel Agent must be able to provide the highest level of customer service while creating itineraries tailored to the client’s individual needs. They should have strong communication skills and be able to listen carefully to clients’ needs in order to make accurate suggestions about tour packages that suit them best. They must also be proficient with computers and be able to use software programs for tracking customers’ bookings and payments, as well as creating customer accounts.
