Security Manager Vacancy

Al-Kuwait is searching for an experienced Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a security plan for our organization, ensuring the safety of personnel, property and the public.

Job Description:
The Security Manager is responsible for the overall security operations of Al-Kuwait. This includes developing strategies to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities; overseeing security staff; conducting security evaluations; coordinating with law enforcement agencies; responding to emergencies; and maintaining up-to-date records of all incidents. The Security Manager is also expected to review existing safety protocols in order to identify areas of improvement and update them as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role
• Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• In-depth understanding of emergency response plans
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Skills:
• Physical fitness and ability to act quickly in emergency situations • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Surveillance systems installation knowledge • Expertise in public safety regulation compliance • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Fluent English language (Arabic is a plus)
