Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a Secretary or equivalent position, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well with customers and colleagues.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire HR team. The role includes maintaining personnel records, scheduling interviews, responding to inquiries from staff and other departments, organizing meetings and events, taking minutes at meetings, preparing correspondence for the department, filing documents and other related tasks.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 QAR per month along with benefits such as health insurance and other employee perks. We are willing to consider candidates from overseas who have relevant qualifications or experience in this field.
