Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1700 QAR/month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager in Doha, Qatar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration by developing and implementing strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategies to increase customer base and expand market share
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
• Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and areas of improvement
• Lead the sales team by providing guidance on performance, setting objectives, and providing feedback on their progress
• Monitor competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
• Forecast quarterly, annual, and long-term sales targets
• Manage budgets and resources within agreed limits

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Middle East region is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to consider foreigners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
