Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments in the organization
• Monitor customer service standards and provide feedback accordingly
• Oversee the hiring process and evaluate new hires’ performance
• Develop action plans for resolving issues within the organization
• Prepare reports on operational activities on a regular basis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader for at least 2 years (minimal work experience is accepted) • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) • Fluency in English language (Arabic is a plus)
