Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will provide support to the dentists and hygienists, as well as assist with patient care and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the dentists and hygienists with procedures such as cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, preparing patients for treatment, and providing post-operative instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient calendars.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keep rooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies, sterilize dental instruments, prepare materials, and assist the dentist during procedures.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing general information about dental treatments.
• Assist with other administrative tasks such as billing insurance companies and collecting payments from patients.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or relevant role in a dental setting
• Knowledge of dental instruments/equipment
• Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
