Land Surveyor - Riyadh (1600 SAR)

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh! We offer a competitive salary of 1600 SAR and are open to hiring both foreign and local candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out land surveys using various techniques including GPS, total station, aerial photography etc.
• Measure dimensions of land plots accurately using various instruments such as transits or theodolites.
• Process survey data using GIS software or other mapping software as required.
• Work with clients to determine survey requirements and provide advice on the best methods to use for surveying a particular area.
• Prepare detailed reports based on survey findings outlining relevant information such as land boundaries or elevation changes.
• Visit sites to verify accuracy of survey results or to collect additional data if needed.
• Comply with all safety regulations when visiting sites for surveying purposes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not essential as we are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience in this role.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good technical skills including knowledge of GIS software and other mapping software used for surveying purposes.
