Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This role will involve performing surveying services related to mapping terrain, measuring properties, and recording land records. The successful applicant will be expected to produce accurate surveys of land areas and structures in accordance with local laws and regulations. The position is full-time with a salary of 1400 SAR per month. We are also prepared to consider an immigrant candidate for this role.

Required Qualifications:
• A degree in Surveying or related field from an accredited college or university
• Good communication skills (spoken & written) in English and Arabic
• Proficiency with GIS software packages
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is desirable but not essential

Job Responsibilities:
• Producing accurate surveys of land areas and structures according to local laws and regulations
• Using surveying equipment such as theodolites, GPS equipment, total stations etc., to measure distances between points on the ground accurately
• Creating detailed maps using GIS software packages

• Maintaining records of survey information for future reference

• Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders regarding survey results
