Job Summary

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting and inventory management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Proven track record of managing successful restaurants
• Fluency in English both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily restaurant operations, such as overseeing staff performance, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service is provided consistently
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and optimize financial performance
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
