Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must be a motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for an immigrant with no prior experience to start their career in the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from customer service and food quality to staff management and financials. Specifically, the duties include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations including menu planning, staff scheduling, customer service, and guest satisfaction
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Recruiting, training, managing, motivating and evaluating staff
• Ensuring adherence to health & safety standards as well as legal regulations
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients
• Keeping accurate financial records such as daily sales reports and cost control records
• Developing promotional campaigns to increase business from both new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills with strong leadership qualities. Experience in food industry is preferred but not required.
