Project Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a distinct beginning and end. You will be the ultimate authority on the project’s structure and governance and will coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop project scope statement, goals, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Determine project tasks and resource requirements; develop detailed work plans; assign individual responsibilities; identify appropriate resources needed; develop schedules and timelines.
• Establish performance standards for quality assurance; track progress against established milestones; adjust timelines as needed to meet business objectives.
• Monitor progress of projects by providing regular updates to all stakeholders; ensure that project party is adequately informed throughout the entire process.
• Coordinate communication among all stakeholders involved in the projects including internal teams such as IT, HR, Legal departments as well as external vendors and consultants.
• Manage financial aspects of projects including budgeting, cost control/monitoring of expenses against approved budget.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field such as Project Management or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects within corporate/business environment with proven track record of success.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks/projects while maintaining high levels of accuracy under strict deadlines .
• Outstanding communication skills (oral & written) with ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel from entry level to executive management level.
• Experience working with multicultural teams both locally & remotely across different geographical locations is an advantage .

We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position offering a competitive salary of 1600 SAR per month
