Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers, providing them with guidance and advice, and upselling products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine their needs
- Explain services, features, and benefits of products to customers
- Upsell products to maximize revenue while meeting customer needs
- Assist customers in finding what they need
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions
- Ensure stock levels are maintained by keeping shelves stocked with merchandise
- Update inventory records when stock is received or sold
- Prepare sales reports daily or weekly to track performance metrics
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or relevant field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working in a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to sell effectively through upselling techniques
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
