Tutor, Sharjah, UAE (No English Required, Full Time, with Accommodation)

We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instruction to students in a variety of subjects. They must be able to communicate effectively and build relationships with students and their families. We prefer candidates who are Africans and don't require English language skills. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of individual students or groups of students
• Assessing student performance and progress on a regular basis
• Encouraging student participation in class activities
• Maintaining records of student progress and attendance
• Evaluating the effectiveness of instructional material or techniques used in the classroom
• Communicating with parents or guardians about students' progress
• Maintaining an orderly learning environment at all times.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a tutor is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and their families is essential
• Ability to motivate and encourage students to reach their potential
