Supervisor Job

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and must be willing to consider a foreigner.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and according to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Supervisor include:
• Overseeing staff performance and providing feedback when necessary
• Ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines
• Making sure that all work is performed according to company standards
• Managing projects, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Identifying any areas of improvement in processes or procedures
• Liaising with other departments or external partners to coordinate activities as required
• Providing training and guidance on technical or operational issues when needed
