Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a restaurant located in Abu Dhabi. This position offers an attractive salary of 1300 AED per month. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a team environment and have minimal work experience.

Required Skills:

•Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
•Computer literacy
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
•Knowledge of food safety regulations
•Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software
Duties:
•Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, payroll, ordering supplies, budgeting and financial planning
•Creating menus that are both creative and cost-effective
•Ensuring that the restaurant meets all health codes, safety regulations, and laws regarding alcohol service/sales
•Providing excellent customer service by personally attending to customers’ needs
•Monitoring staff performance and providing training as needed
•Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
