Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 900 AED

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated restaurant manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing and implementing strategies aimed at increasing revenue; managing staff, including scheduling, training and performance reviews; overseeing inventory management processes; maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness and sanitation standards; ensuring compliance with health regulations; developing marketing plans; managing customer complaints and feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
