Security Manager Vacancy – Abu-Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the company and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors at all times. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and will be expected to work effectively with both internal personnel as well as external stakeholders. A minimum of one year’s experience in a security-related role is preferred but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an effective security policy that meets all relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control systems, etc.
• Supervise security staff on all shifts
• Respond promptly to any security-related incidents or emergencies
• Investigate any reported incidents or suspicious activities within the workplace
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and procedures
• Provide training to staff on effective security processes and techniques
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
• Maintain records of all activities related to security operations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Security Management or Criminal Justice is preferred but not essential
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to think logically in high-pressure situations

Salary: 1600/month
