Job Description

We are looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bank or financial institution. The role offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month and is open to both local and foreign candidates.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a bank teller or in a related field
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other banking software
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure
• Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, etc.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records of all cash activities
• Offer advice on banking products such as savings accounts, mortgages, investments etc.
• Provide excellent customer service while responding to customer inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
• Follow all banking regulations and security procedures as required by law
