We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within our organisation. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. They should be knowledgeable of the latest recruitment trends and practices, as well as the laws and regulations related to it. They should also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The main duties of this role include: screening resumes, interviewing potential candidates, conducting background checks and reference checks, preparing job descriptions and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Furthermore, they will be expected to maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles. The successful applicant must also demonstrate strong leadership abilities by managing junior staff in their recruitment activities and developing strategies that support the company's overall goals.

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month for this position, along with other benefits such as insurance coverage, travel allowance and performance bonuses. We are open to considering applications from foreign nationals who can demonstrate their right to work in Abu-Dhabi.
