We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our sales teams and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

The ideal candidate must have experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and should have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. The candidate must also have a proven track record of success in sales management.

The responsibilities of the Sales Manager include leading the sales team in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets; establishing and managing relationships with existing customers; developing new business opportunities; providing ongoing support to the sales teams in order to ensure they remain motivated; creating reports on sales performance; and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
