We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, providing a high standard of cleanliness and ensuring the safety of all guests. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role and must be able to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other departments. The position comes with a competitive salary of 1100. We are open to considering foreign candidates.

The Housekeeping Manager’s main responsibilities include developing and implementing effective housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring all areas of the property are maintained at high standards, budgeting for cleaning supplies and equipment, training new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, managing staff schedules, and resolving any customer complaints regarding the cleanliness of their rooms. The successful candidate must also be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and maintain records of daily activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing teams. They should also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
