Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a passion for the industry and an ability to manage projects from start to finish. This position will provide a competitive salary of 1700, as well as excellent benefits.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local building regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience in the field.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Develop detailed plans and timelines for project execution
• Monitor progress of construction activities against established goals
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Monitor material inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Provide regular reports on construction progress to upper management
