The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
• A degree related to Construction Management or Engineering
• Knowledgeable about international building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Great organizational and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
