Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with customers and staff in a professional manner.
The Office Administrator's main responsibilities include: taking phone calls, managing files, preparing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, managing office supplies, and providing general support to visitors. Furthermore, the Office Administrator will be expected to manage the administration of daily activities such as filing documents and reports; organizing meetings; tracking project progress; liaising with internal staff; and other office related tasks.
In addition to strong administrative skills, we are looking for a candidate who is computer literate and has experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Fluency in English is essential for this position. We are open to considering applicants with no experience as adequate training will be provided.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month.
