Driver Job in Sharjah

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Driver to join our team in Sharjah. The Driver will be responsible for operating a vehicle to transport goods and people safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent driving skills, knowledge of the area, and a customer service orientation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Drive vehicles to transport goods or passengers safely and in a timely manner
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and regulations
• Make sure that the vehicle is properly maintained and serviced regularly
• Load, unload, secure, or cover cargo as necessary
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, or other pertinent information
• Ensure that the vehicle is safe to drive by checking oil levels, brakes, tires, etc. prior to leaving for a trip
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or defects immediately to the supervisor/manager
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a driver in a similar role
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Good knowledge of local roads and routes in Sharjah & UAE
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work long hours if necessary
Salary: AED 1800 per month
