Job Description:
We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data, and analyzing results related to land and property boundaries. The successful candidate should have strong technical and communication skills, and be able to accurately assess land areas.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze survey maps, photographs, reports and other data sources in order to identify boundary lines of properties.
• Measure angles, distances, elevations and other characteristics of surveyed land areas using specialized equipment.
• Prepare sketches or diagrams of surveyed land areas including details such as boundary lines, angles of curvature and elevations.
• Research legal records to establish boundaries of properties or the relations between properties.
• Prepare reports that summarize all survey findings including information such as boundary lines, angles of curvature and elevations.
• Regularly update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent field is preferred but not required
• Experience working with surveying equipment is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to interface with clients and colleagues professionally at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as other mapping software applications
• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation: 1100 USD per month
